Where is the hotel?
At 204 Spring Street in the middle of Terry, Montana, close to I-94 and about 20 minutes east of Miles City. Prairie Community Hospital is about a 6-minute walk away.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 1:00 PM is available for a $10 fee. If you need a little extra time either way, call and ask.
How do I book, and is it better to book direct?
Book online through our booking page, which shows live availability and rates for every room, or call (406) 635-5543. Booking direct means you deal with the hotel itself, not a third-party site.
What is the cancellation policy?
A $25 cancellation fee applies if a reservation isn't cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Please mention your pet when you book so we can set you up in a pet-friendly room. [PET POLICY: any fee, size limit or number of pets]
Is there free WiFi and parking?
Yes, both are free. Parking is right outside, with room for pickups and trailers.
Do all rooms have a private bathroom?
All but the Economy Rooms. Those are historic rooms with a queen bed and a small sink; the shower is down the hall and there are two shared bathrooms on the same floor.
Do you serve breakfast?
There's no restaurant in the hotel. Most rooms have a coffee maker, microwave and fridge, and there are places to eat in town and in Miles City. Ask at the desk for what's open that day.
Do you take longer or work stays?
Yes. We often host people working nearby or staying for a few weeks. Call us to talk through dates and rates for a longer stay.
Can you host groups?
Families and work crews often book several rooms together. Space is limited in a historic building, so call ahead and we'll keep your group close together.
Are you open all year?
Yes, every season. Summer brings road-trippers, fall brings hunters, and winter is quiet and cosy.
What is there to do around Terry?
The Terry Badlands, the Prairie County Museum and the Evelyn Cameron Gallery, the Yellowstone River, and the Badlands to Badlands trail, which has a trailhead in Terry. The Miles City Bucking Horse Sale is 20 minutes away every third weekend in May.
